Lifetime Workmanship Warranty

Kernersville Collision provides a lifetime workmanship warranty for as long as the customer owns the vehicle, subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions outlined below.

Workmanship coverage includes repair-related imperfections such as:

• Paint etching or sanding imperfections

• Sand marks not fully corrected during refinishing

• Misaligned body panels

• Loose or improperly secured trim components

• Mechanical failures directly related to replacement parts or adjacent repaired components installed during the repair process

 

Paint Warranty

Paint and refinishing work completed by Kernersville Collision is covered by a 5-year warranty against:

• Cracking

• Peeling

• Excessive fading

 

Our refinishing process uses professional materials and manufacturer-recommended repair procedures to help ensure long-lasting quality and appearance.

 

Parts Warranty

 

Replacement parts installed during repairs are covered under the warranty provided by the individual manufacturer or vendor.

 

Warranty terms for parts may vary depending on the supplier. For example:

• Some OEM manufacturers may provide a 1-year parts warranty

• Certain aftermarket vendors may provide longer coverage periods

Specific parts warranty information may be provided at the time of repair completion or vehicle pickup.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty coverage does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear

• Improper maintenance

• Future accidents or additional damage

• Rust, corrosion, or environmental damage

• Change of vehicle ownership

• Repairs or modifications performed by another repair facility after service completion

• Alteration of repaired or replaced panels, components, or refinished areas by another shop or third party

Any subsequent repairs, repainting, adjustments, or modifications performed outside of Kernersville Collision may void applicable warranty coverage.
